Athaza
Type: Pseudo-Wyvern

Habitat: Underground Caves

Bat-like Pseudo-Wyverns that were only recently rediscovered. While small compared to other wyverns, they are just as dangerous. One reason for being so dangerous, aside from their large claws and speed, is the fact that Athaza are known carriers of the recently discovered Feral Dragon Virus.

The virus is concentrated in the Athaza's saliva and claws. This makes fighting these creatures a very dangerous proposition. Scholars and scientist are still trying to research the effects of this virus, and trying to come up with a remedy. The Guild advises that anyone who comes across the Athaza or even sees its tracks, whether hunter or civilian, immediately notify the Guild.

Bats are just amazing I can just imagine a hunter stumbling across a juvenile and being caught up in its juvenile cuteness and then its sees the babies mommy O.O

As if caves weren't dangerous enough with khezu,giginox and their subspecies now comes along this beasty... caves will begin to be like horror movie quests XD

Indeed. Your creatures should really be used in the games specially the fanged wyverns i mean poor jinouga and his subspecies they don't have any family members as of yet
